Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. You need more natural light- take it with a window that will let the natural light on her face. Im not sure what kind of camera you have, but try to play around with the settings, this might help you:

Kel--I don't have a fancy camera but I have that setting so I may try it again with more natural light and that setting and see. I was able to make it lighter. These are more for me but I want to make sure they are pretty
I love all those pictures and I wish she could hold her head up by herself but it gives me ideas for next year.
