Anyone deal with oversupply (breastfeeding)?
I'm pretty sure I'm makin' too much and that is why j is spitting up and is so uncomfortably gassy.
In the past, I've heard to pump a little before feeding, but that only solves the problem for that feeding and then I'm back to making too much again.
A few nights ago, I read to try feeding from the same side for 2 feedings in a row, but not only is that really painful (for the other boob), my supply doesn't seem to be going down.
OK, so back to original question: Did anyone have oversupply that affected their baby and found a way to deal with it?
Re: Anyone deal with oversupply (breastfeeding)?
Yes. It was all the way up in my armpits. It was terrible.
