Since house is now being auctioned the company wont allow inspections but my fabulous agent bought a copy of the inspection report off a former potential buyer who was set to buy the house last month but their funding fell through.
It needs quite a bit a work (but I already knew that) - it needs a new roof and new kitchen and baths, and some other things but they are little (sink stopper missing etc) but reading a 30 page report is kinda scary and doing this alone is even scarier. But then I'm not completely alone, my sister and her contractor DH (though 3,000 miles away) are looking over it and will give me with opinion tomorrow.
Auction is first week in Dec - gulp!
