That's what I was thinking, I never knew she was fat. Although I should have known, they are from Pennsylvania and we aren't exactly known for our stunning women...lol

Wasn't that first pic in the throws of her mega-pregnancy, though? I seem to remember her looking like that in the intro to the program, showing her big belly.
The last photograph looks stretched...not just airbrushed. I remember seeing a clip of her and Jon pre-marriage, and she was kinda a cute girl I thought. It'd go with the last couple of pics much better than that first one.
That's what I'm seeing. Her mouth looks wider and I don't think they can do that with plastic surgery. (can they?)
That last picture kinda does make her look like LeeAnn Rimes.

Anyhoo, I agree, she's the one having a hard time adjusting. Yikes.
I think that's from when she was pregnant or shortly after - she had that haircut in some of the pics/clips they used to show from that time.
She looks ridiculous in the last picture, but I'm hoping it's just a weird angle/new Botox. I have an absolutely irrational hatred for this woman. I feel so bad for her children.
Eww... Actually, I think that she looks like LeAnn Rimes in the last picture... Her face looks to stretched and her eyes look scary.
I think she looks pretty in picture #5. And she's a momma - she looks fine in #1!
