Good News Wednesday!
Tomorrow is American Thanksgiving--that's good news, right?
I will be going to the Macy's parade in NYC with my family--can't wait!
Started applying for judicial clerkships and have made some friends at work who are helping me with their connections! Fingers crossed I have a clerkship for Sept 2012 soon!

After months of nothing we have finally found a prospective renovation project. I'm now hoping they are willing to go down in price... Any vibes would be more than welcome!
Thanksgiving totally counts as good news! I'm super excited for our feast Friday night.
Next week we're going to Brussels for the weekend to meet up with SIL and her fiance, I'm getting pretty excited for that.
And the conference I've organised for next week has more people than any other year and we're actually going to make a profit for the first time ever!

I haven't got anything that exciting - the weather is amazing today - there are even people swimming at the beach. It's supposed to stay like this for at least a week.

I lurve Thanksgiving week. Plus it is the annual Auburn v Alabama game on Saturday. This game has huge implications for my beloved Crimson Tide's chances to go to the National Championship game...win and we're in!

I got a permanent job this morning! I'm going to be running my own library at the university! I'll be the head of the architecture library!
I'm kind of nervous, I've never had this much responsibility. Luckily it's a small library, only three staff members.

I decided to move to a new hair salon, which always makes me nervous. I just wasn't happy with my colourist and my cut wasn't exactly right...I found a new guy at a new salon and he seems to be a bit more "hip", which is what I need (plus he taught me how to blow dry my hair straight, which I've tried to do but haven't been able to...I feel much more confident about it now). I got my colour done today and getting a cut tomorrow...I'll let you know what I think!

I've got nothing really. Well, I'm baking cupcakes to decorate tomorrow for Thanksgiving - does that count? I'm thinking yes because cupcakes are great : p

I got Cinnamon Life cereal for $2.50 a box. Looooove that stuff.
Now jumping domestically.
Well that was a crazy couple of years.
I'm just feeling especially grateful lately.
Also, I made chocolate chip banana bread for the first time the other day and have been enjoying it for breakfast all week! I'm excited to try more bread recipes.

My good news is that there are only 3.5 weeks of school left until summer holidays! I cannot wait for a break.
