As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Dodged a bullet indeed
I was having lunch today with a friend I haven't seen in a while and telling her about the lying liar who lies that I was dating... she's like... what's his name? I tell her. She says oh yea, I saw he was your friend on facebook. I've been meaning to tell you... he dated my boss and beat the *** out of her and broke her nose. She had to have reconstructive surgery. She then called me later today to tell me that he is a known girlfriend beater in this town, it wasn't an isolated incident... has been arrested multiple times for it. WTF??????????
Some guys should come with warning labels. You would NEVER think it of this guy if you met him.

I'm glad you got out unscathed, but I think your friend kind of dropped the sisterhood ball. I mean, he's a known abuser, she's in direct contact with one of his victims, and she meant to call you? She should have picked up the phone and called you the second she saw that on fb, imho.
I feel the same way. I would hope that if my friend found out this kind of information she would pick up the phone and call me immediately no matter the time of day. That is a pretty important tidbit of information.

The friend only knew he was her FB friend, not that they were dating.
