So I've already got Season 1 of Gilmore Girls on DVD that I bought used a few years ago on eBay. I went to Amazon to see if they were offering any Black Friday deals, and they were!
Regularly $49.99-59.99 per season, down to $11.99 (one oddball season was $11.39)! So I ordered seasons 2-7, and then I got another $40 off for applying for the Amazon Visa card, plus free Super Saver shipping, so it came to $31.34 out the door! That's less than a tank of gas!

I think I might break down eventually and re-buy the series in the nifty collection set (http://www.amazon.com/Gilmore-Girls-Collection-Lauren-Graham/dp/B000U0F7RG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1322242132&sr=8-1) My set has been used HARD. I just lent season 3 to my MIL, and you can tell it's one of my favorite seasons because is TAPED together!
