Using up T-day leftovers?

Do you have a favorite way to eat leftovers?  A go to recipe for using some of them up?

Thought we could share our favorites and maybe get some new ideas for eating up our leftovers.

Re: Using up T-day leftovers?

  • My favorite is putting turkey and cold stuffing onto a roll and eating it that way.  Maybe a little ranch dressing.

H likes putting down a piece of bread putting turkey, mashed potatoes and stuffing on top and covering the whole thing with gravy.  All heated up of course.

  • MMMMMM yummy. White bread, butter, and cold turkey with salt. I will eat stuffing cold or warm.

  • None :(

Although I do love a turkey sandwich with stuffing, light mayo and cranberry sauce.

  • At this point I'd take any leftovers. My parents left today for the weekend so they gave away all the leftovers to everyone last night. We had to leave Thanksgiving early yesterday to go to the in-laws so we didn't take anything with us and now we have no leftovers. Sad face :(

  • Turkey pot pie! The easy way... 2 frozen pie crusts, left over green bean casserole, corn and carrots and a can of cream of celery.
  • I wish we had leftovers! We went to my aunts and just brought a dessert so no leftovers for us this year. :( I normally just warm them up, or create some sort of sandwich with a roll and turkey and stuffing and gravy...and maybe everything else too, lol.
