I didn't wanna step on any toes posting this, but I've waited for it all day. It's 10pm for me, so I figured it wasn't happening today.
I lost 2.7 pounds last week, for a total of 17.9. I think it's going to be hard to lose weight this week with Thanksgiving, but I'm hoping for at least 1.5. My size 14 (Old Navy) jeans are pretty loose but the size 12 (Levi's) I have are hard to button and give me muffin top when I do. So I'm hoping to get into those this week.

Great job Lex, your doing a great job! Are you working out? Whats your eating plan look like?
I lost 1lbs this week. I need to be more diligent on what/ how much I'm eating. We eat pretty healthy, but I need to limit my portion size. Thats my major goal for this week.
I also did week one and two of the C25K. The workouts weren't too hard since we did the program this summer. This week my goal is to jog 5 times and start to incorporate weightlifting into our routine.
Fantastic work lexi and erin!! You are both inspiring me!! I started with a fitness coach and personal trainer this week...I am going to feel it tomorrow for sure! lol

Thanks!! No I'm not working out, at all. We don't have any equipment at our house, can't afford gym fees and it's too cold to run outside.
I'm eating equal or less than 1300 calories a day. I start the day with protein, fiber and a good fat (scrambled eggs with broccoli and provolone in it, and canadian bacon) then either dinner leftovers or salad for lunch. A cheesestick or some almonds for a snack. High protein low fat dinner with a good carb like quinoa, couscous, whole grain pasta or brown rice. Some fruit for dessert. And I drink lots and lots of tea, with Splenda in it, cause I try to avoid sugars.
I know I am late on this one, but I wanted to post because 8 did not do well this week. I was on vacation and DH and I drank too much alcohol! I gained two pounds. Luckily I lost three the two weeks before going. I am pretty much back where I started. I am back on track this week though!
