AW: Turkey day success!
Yesterday we had T-day at my IL's house. I had offered to cook one of the turkeys with stuffing and had not done it before so I was worried it wouldn't turn out very good. I was surprised how easy it was to prepare and it turned out great! I was actually very happy with the turkey..om nom nom.
DH isn't a fan of stuffing, but he really liked my (GF) cornbread stuffing. He said he's making me the official family cook. I can't decide if that is a good or bad thing...
And now we have a ton of leftovers! Yay!

Yay! I made a vegetarian stuffing in lieu of the traditional in-bird stuffing and it went over well. A good year for alternative stuffing
