As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. I know yyou exchanged your kureig at bbb. did you have a receipt? if not what did you say so they returned it mine is acting up and it would be better to return then deal with kureig.

    No reciept! I just told them it stopped working, and the lady said OK, go get another one. That was it! GL.

    :::::butting in::::::: I used to work at bed bath and beyond at customer service. They pretty much take everything back without a receipt without a problem. It's their store policy to take it back as long as they sell it... And sometimes even when they don't sell it! They shouldn't give you a hard time if you just say it's not working and you want to exchange it.
