need game suggestions for nintendo DS lite
Scored us a DS for Owen. Mom and Dad got him Mario Brothers. Santa is bringing Cars 2. We just realized we need to have one that he can play when he opens his DS! Suggestions? He's 4 but really good at video games.
No guns or killing but "bamming" is fine by me. (Like Wall-E has to "bam" the B&L sign to make the bridge come down...)
There are so many to choose from. Figured I'd ask you gals first.
ETA: Linear games are a bonus plus. He does ok with the "story" games, but they're just a little too vague on the objective.

Animal Crossing! People of all ages love this game. The best part is there's really nothing to "beat" nor are there time limits, etc.
Your character lives in a little house, can fish, collect seashells, dig for fossils (then donate them to the museum or sell them!), pay on home loan to get a bigger home, pick flowers, plant fruit trees (and fruit can be sold), talk to friends, send them mail/gifts, and on and on and on. Also, if you have a friend that has the game (and Wi-Fi), you can travel to their little town. It's really cute and lots of fun, I think.
