What's your Holiday Gift Budget?

We draw names for my siblings too (THANK GOD) and we aren't doing gifts with B/SIL anymore on J's side now that we have kids - we'll just do the kids. BUT, what kills me is freaking daycare. She has two main teachers, plus lots of part time helpers. Blah!
Oh, and having 7 nieces and nephews to buy for doesn't help either
I tried to be creative this year... mostly because we get SLAMMED this time of year with birthdays too.
Only niece and nephew have birthdays Dec. 7 and Dec. 9.
My best friend's birthday is Xmas day-she's the only friend I exchange gifts with for both birthdays and xmas, so I need two gifts.
FIL is New Years Eve.
My mom is New Years Day.
My dad is Jan 3.
My sister is Jan 13.
So, some stuff is homemade this year, but I also used a lot of gift cards and swagbucks and what not that I've saved. For example, I got my parents the Kodak pulse for xmas for $9 after gift cards!
We are definitely in the last category. We don't make a big fuss over birthdays or anything, but Christmas is huge in our family.

DH set a limit of $200 for each of us to spend on each other. Originally he said $250 and I said that was too high. I think $200 is too high, but I'm pretty sure he's getting me jewelry with all the hints I've dropped, so I can't really complain about getting new jewelry.
Add that in with the rest of the gifts for family, etc and we're close to $800. It sure adds up fast...
