Longer story:
Yup all that tux shopping and i forgot the damn thing at my house. We luckily saw two nights before that h&m carried baby 3 piece tux. We went to a mall in north jersey black friday and bought the last one in the store!
Although everyone kept saying SIL was so calm and not crazy bride she was. Just secretly and snarky. I totally get why I wasn't invited to the bach party and the bridal shower was a clusterfudge. The other bridesmaids besides my cousin were 19-21 they all never been in weddings before. They knew how to do nothing or how to be helpful. She however should have known better.
So the wedding stuff took place from 6am-midnight. We had to be ready for hair at 6am, it was a long day. I didn't actually get my hair done until 8am. So all bridesmaids hair except for MOH was the same. it was super similar to how i wore my hair for my wedding. So i bring my dress into the room to get ready and the girl's were like is yours lighter?? i was like UM? no its mocha. um no it was suppose to be chocolate mocha. WTF. I felt LIKE THE BIGGEST ASS. a bride anal enough to want matching hair and makeup and i have the wrong color dress. it was a minimal difference, but a difference, she said it was NBD. but there was apparently a lot of whispering and annoyance about it behind my back.
So we are all shooting the *** and the crappy photog is taking pics (only one photog and he was MISERABLE. i feel like their pics are total crap) and my sane brother starts talking about a trip he thought SIL and Crazy bro went on but it was Ex-Sil and then he proceeded to call her by ex's name. i texted him to let him know what he did and he felt like a jerk, and then he wrote a best man speech because he felt bad.
there was no schedule for limo or where to go so we got lost a couple of times in hill/mts in a a18 passenger limo thing. scary as when he is backing down steep inclines. i breastfeed milo twice in the limo with my dress half way down my waist. YEAH.
so we get to the first picture stop and it is almost dark. losing light quick so rushing through pictures i feel like he barely got anything and he would take a while to pose us, then he would snap one photo. my sane brother realizes he FORGOT THE DAMN RINGS. so after a 093423048 phone calls the rings come with someone else. BUT HE FELT LIKE A ***. ironically we made crazy bro seem like the smart one of the family.
we get to the church (barely anyone came! like 50 of 140 guests. i was a bit shocked) it was a quick catholic ceremony. the priest was very rude, and did not like children and asked about not having them at the mass. my brother was like um no, they are nieces and nephews. my niece had a melt down wanted her dad, and someone how my other niece who wasn't suppose to be in the wedding wound up being another flower girl and walked down the aisle with me! it was cute. and i said my dress was the wrong color because i was a jr. bridesmaid. ha.
dinner wasn't served to ten. moh had a drunk quickie with her BF and their older brother caught her in a lie it was a big to do, she was hysterically crying etc. i mama henned those girls as much as possible by giving them tequila shots and orders to stfu.
overall its over.

So for one dress vendor, they offer both mocha and chocolate mocha? They are just asking for mix-ups.

Dude I looked it up last night. It's expresso or mocha. So she said choc mocha and I bought mocha.
I'm sorry about your dress....wouldn't you think the vendor would say something (if you all ordered from the same store, that is)? The color looks close enough that you can't realllllly tell in the photo.
I ordered from alfred Angelo directly since it was in cherry hill. Bride told me too! So asked her the color via Facebook I went and looked at the messages she says choc mocha. I went to store and there is no choc. Just mocha and expresso so I went with mocha I guess.
I'm glad for you it's over but sad for us we don't get anymore stories. You looked great. I think you are totally in the right with the color. She told you the wrong color. I would have totally bought the mocha too.
i felt really bad about the dress mixup. its one of those time i feel like i did it on purpose even though i didn't!!

I noticed the finger too it's because I kept trying to keep milo straight and moved my hands 4733684 times.
No return on tux. So yeah looks like nilo will be wearing tuxes a lot.
another funny moment they gave p a size smaller vest. Just barely he buttoned it. It was corset like. What's worst they gave 4 people wrong shoe sizes all half size smaller!! My sane bro put on joggers after pics and ceremony.
Not making fun of you at all but I'm totally LOL over here about the dress color and you giving the finger in pic #1. I agree with the girls and a few years from now you'll look back and laugh at all of the crap that went on. I have to say that I looked at your pictures first and I didn't even notice that your dress color was different. It wasn't until I read your recap and went back to the picture that I could kind of notice. It realy doesn't look like that big of a deal at all. At least you didn't order a green dress with a moca sash. It could have been worse.
I'm glad the wedding is over for your sanity but I'm sad because we won't have amazing stories about the wedding anymore.
The tux stuff sucks so bad and I really felt for you because that is SO something that I would have forgotten. That's just my luck, especially with all of the run around to get it in the first place. Whew. At least all of this is over.
the baby tux was a total suck. i mean we had to get him something to wear all his other clothes were not wedding attire. much like his parents milo didn't own khakis etc. so his clothes we had with us wouldn't have even worked. i mean if i didn't know h&m had the tux i would have just found pants and top but it was just lucky they had it and we knew they carried it.
