did the snowboarders only complete half the task on the raft they had to make, or did I just miss it? I kept waiting for Phil to say there was some kind of penalty but it never came.

I think they did it really quickly, too so it might have seemed like they didn't do it all.
I laughed when Cindy asked Ernie if they just left a waffle to burn. I pictured Phil telling them to go back and finish they task and them returning to a burned down cart.
I had a DVR fail last night and didn't record the episode. Can you tell me who was out? Checked cbs.com and I can't figure out where that info is unless I want to watch the whole episode online (which I can't do right now!)
I'm so sad for Bill and Cathy to be out. The other couple teams are just a bunch of dysfunctional whiners (except for Marcus and Amani, who aren't dysfunctional, just annoying) and the snowboarders bug me because of their religious talk (insert massive eye roll here when any reality show contestant starts talking about god or sin in the hearts).
At this point I don't even care who wins.
Ernie and Cindy bother me and they hadn't before. It started when they lost their train ticket and they got on the train anyways but the conductor never came to collect tickets. I felt like they got a free ride, even though they HAD paid for the ticket ... if you lose the ticket, you need to figure out a way to get another one!
And then last night when they left the waffle to burn - wtf. Why leave it there? Is it that difficult to open the stupid waffle iron?
I don't think that's uncommon in Germany. When I lived there, we only ever saw a conductor half the time. I'm not sure there was even one on the train sometimes.
As for the waffle, I was picturing a penalty for that too, but since they never showed a camera pan back to it, I figured there wouldn't be.
I am one who didn't like Ernie & Cindy in the beginning, but can tolerate them better now. You can tell when she's frustrated (which is way too often), but at least she's not taking it all out on him anymore. I don't find Marcus & Amani annoying at all, I love their great attitudes.
I'd be happy with the snowboarders or Amani and Marcus winning. Jeremy and Sandy have bugged me from the get-go. She's annoying.
