As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Give me your best recipes for 1 or 2 people please. I snagged a groupon for $30 off a photo cookbook from Picaboo and I'm going to make it for my sister for Christmas. She's always asking me for healthy recipes that she can make for herself since her BF works nights and she eats dinner alone. She doesn't mind having some left over for lunch the next day, but other than that she's not wild about leftovers, so I need recipes for small amounts. TIA!

The recipes as is make several servings but T either takes the leftovers for lunch or we freeze the soups.
