Ashley Furniture?

Does anyone have experience with them? We were there this weekend looking for a new couch and loveseat. Just want to know you're experience if you or someone you know has had any.

i was there this weekend too and we're considering the kenwood loft bedroom set! love it.

hope someone answers you because i was wondering too.

we're not in a super rush to buy, and we feel like they offer decent discounts for every holiday so we don't need to rush and get 20% off by tonight.....

We just bought the sofa for our playroom there a few months ago and I LOVE them. The service was great, the selection is better, the prices are better and the quality far surpasses Bobs. We will def go to Ashleys from now on.

LOVE Ashley!

We bought our china cabinet, living room furniture and bedroom furniture from them. Much better selection then Bobs, and the furniture is made better. Delivery was on time and they were in and out.

When we went to go look, one salesman spent 2 hours with us, moving stuff around, measuring and just giving us ideas. Then we went back the next week and ordered it.We went to the one off the 95 and dealt with Nick. I cant think of his last name, but I have his card at home.

We had one problem with our china cabinet, but didnt notice it until almost 2 months after it was delivered, so we went through insurance. If we noticed it that weekend they would have replaced it right away. We arent having a problem with getting it fixed, just taking a little longer.

I would go back there in a heartbeat when we need something else

Love, Love, Love Ashley furniture. We shopped at the Middletown store before we closed on our home. The salesman was very patient with us as we made several trips and changes. We ended up ordering furniture but had to split the order up due to delivery and holidays. We were hosting xmas that year and needed a dining room set. I would say that was our only issue. The order got messed up a bit but was rectified in the end. The delivery time window we were given was large and they arrived close to the ending time. This was also 5 yrs ago. I'm sure things have improved since then. The furniture is still in great shape (dining room, bedroom, kitchen table/chairs). The selection and prices were by far superior to ALL other furniture stored. GL

The quality isn't very good. I agree with pp who said it is better than Bob's, but it isn't great. My parents bought a couch, chair, and loveseat from them last year and right after they got them, dents appeared on the cushions where they sit. They can't get rid of the dents, and you can't flip the cushions over.

We have an ashley furntiture bedroom set going on 7 yrs now! And we love it! We recently bought raymoore and flanigan furniture and we hate it-poor quality does not hold up! We can't wait to go back to Ashley to get a new living room set/dining set to replace the overpriced crap!

We have an Ashley couch, loveseat and recliner. We've had them since August and no problems. Still look brand new. I made sure to buy a couch that we could flip the cushions on.... With a little one I figured it was only a matter of time before one side got ruined. After they delivered we realized there was a small tear in the recliner and they brought us a new one within a week. Very reasonably priced... I think we paid 1200 for them. And they offer financing for one year. My in laws get most their furniture there. Seem to hold up pretty good.

We had a couch and love seat from Ashley as long as you are not looking for it to last forever they are good. We sit on our couches all the time. It's the only place to sit besides our dinning room table. We had to replace it about 4 years after we bought it but we only paid about 1200 for the set. My brother took them from us and was happy with them for at least another 2 years.

I have my living room set from Ashley and it is decent. We sit on it all the time so I feel like it has had a lot of dents. We are moving next month so we are going to go to Ashley to look for other furniture, but I am not sure if we will buy there. There service is great though.

I have an Ashley living room set and also another living room set we bought at Millspaugh furniture, The ashley Couch and set by far didnt hold up like my other couch but for the price it was a great deal. We just moved that couch and set to our adirondack house and we now have a new loveseat in our living room from millspaugh to go with the couch and chair we already had from there.

I would say for the price it is a great deal! I would buy there again since I can't always afford to buy at Millspaugh, which is expensive but excellent quality furniture.
