Since Nestie vibes always work, I would appreciate any vibes sent to my dog (Conan) while he is at his vet appointment today at 2:30. He's been acting less active than normal for the last week, not eating as much as usual, and he threw up on three separate occasions. I hope the vets can figure out what's wrong and can fix it.

Best sound ever: baby's heartbeat! (Heard @ 10w1d)
Thank you for all the vibes ladies!
DH just called me at work with an update, Conan is currently having his belly area x-rayed. The vet thinks he might have eaten something that has made his stomach upset.

Awww...
He's adorable!
Here's hoping it's just a little doggy flu and he's back to normal asap!

my currently-reading shelf:
I love him. Can I carry him in my purse?
My thoughts are with him.
TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.
Any update?
He's SUCH a cutie.
Update #2:
From the x-rays, it looks like Conan is pretty constipated. The vet's radiologist won't be able to confirm (the vet himself is pretty sure he's backed up, but wanted the go-to radiologist to confirm before it's treated) until tomorrow. So we aren't supposed to feed Conan until we know what's going on in his little intestines. As the vet put it, "the kitchen is closed but the bar is open." So it's just water and ice cube "treats" tonight. I feel bad for the little guy.
What really makes me sad though, is that the vet noticed that one of Conan's ribs was previously broken
It was an old injury, and DH and I think it happened before he was 6 months old (when we adopted him). His first family was super douchy, but what kind of sh*theads abuse a less than 5 lb puppy? It makes me feel so bad that my little guy had to be in pain, and that the rib never healed properly (it's healed, just not set normally).
