Need Good Vibes
Ok, so we're *still* working on buying that same exact house. Need positive vibes that this still actually happens!! We're past the closing date by two weeks, but the sellers are still anxious to close the deal. Our original financing fell through, but we are able to go through a different loan program. We just need the mortgage company to actually issue the commitment, which they are working on. I just pray that they get that to us THIS WEEK!! They have dragged their feet on EVERYTHING, but to buy this house, we are stuck with them. If the house falls through, then we are using some one else. Thanks for reading.
