Boardwalk Empire 11/27 Spoilers
Holy cow this was a good episode! Jimmy is way in over his head and looks like a deer in headlights trying to run the town like Nucky did. I can't believe the butcher shot his girlfriend and lover- that might cause Jimmy to flip and star ta small war.
Margaret's son Teddy was a little Children of the Corn last night. He faked his legs not being able to move an did some weird staring at the end of the episode at an old photo- do you think he's learning tricks from Nucky? Or that he figured out or has a strong suspicion that Nucky had something to do with his own fathers death? The line after he got slapped really made me laugh thought, "We were just praying in here- what happened?"
Chalky White is bada**!
Anyway, I liked it and bummed there's only a few episodes left this season.

I thought the episode was so slow until about the last 10-15 minutes. I can't believe the butcher shot her and her lover too.
I think Teddy has too much of his dad in him instead of learning from Nucky. He doesn't spend that much time with Nucky to learn from him.
What I don't understand is why Margaret gave the church all of that money and jewelry. Does she think paying the church will heal her daughter?
I wonder how they are going to end the season. It has to end with a big bang!!

I was so shocked that Manny killed Angie and her lover. So sad that Jimmy's actions are starting to affect his family. I guess now Jimmy's creepy mom will be raising his son.
I have a strong feeling that Jimmy is going to start using herione and then become crazier than he already is.
I have no idea what is going on with Margaret's son Teddy. DH said he looked like a sociopath the way he made a joke about his legs not being able to move and then with the creepy staring at the picture. I think whatever he does (if he does anything) there will be matches involved.
From the previews it looks like Luciano and Capone are thinking about cutting Jimmy out of the deal. Also did anyone else notice Jimmy had his arm in a sling while he was sitting in bed?
I was so sad and surprised to see Angela killed. I'll miss her character even though it was a smaller part. I wasn't as disturbed by Teddy's faking of his legs. I think he's just a kid seeing the attention his sister is getting. (When I was about his age, I covered my knee in ketchup and told my mom I cut myself. Almost gave her a heart attack and I felt bad later in retrospect.) I loved Nucky's response! lol
But Teddy studying the photo... dunno. I am leaning towards Teddy suspecting Nucky was involved in his father's death since that was the focus this episode with the other characters. I didn't happen to notice what else was in the box except the baseball. Considering Teddy was not enamored with the baseball and then packs away the photo in the same box, makes me think maybe he doesn't care about the photo and is turning turning away from his father. I could have it all wrong though.
The money to the church was weird. If she really thought it was because she wasn't being devout enough, why not think over her cheating! Though I really like the Irish guy. lol Looks like next week Nucky might have some suspicions.
Good call from the pp about Jimmy using heroin to cope and going nutso.
Jimmy is going to lose it when he finds out about Angela. I think her death will affect Richard as well, I think he secretly longed for her since she found him beautiful without the mask.
I'm glad Nucky is still in the game.
I feel badly for Emily but I hate that Margaret is making her daughter's polio all about her.
I totally agree with the OP about Chalky, he is the ultimate badass.
