I'm officially full term today! While I'm so thankful I'm perfectly fine with him coming any day he pleases from here on out. ![]()
I did see the dr this morning (my b&m) and while there's no set schedule of an induction she did say she wanted to see how big he is measuring. So, next week when I go and see my GD dr they will do an ultrasound and a final decision will be made then. The absolute latest I will possibly go is to December 21st, so that will be my induction date if he isn't here by then. I'm keeping my GD under control with diet and there's no sign of protein in my urine or high blood pressure. I'm extremely thankful for that. I did find out I made some progress since last Wednesday. I am officially 2 cm dilated and 70% effaced. While some people stay like this until they are induced others progress fairly quickly. I'm just thankful for progress because if I do end up needing to be induced, already being dilated helps the process a little more. And, I didn't gain weight from Thanksgiving so I gave myself a pat on the back. ![]()
