How'd everyone do last week.
I didn't lose any weight last week. But I didn't gain either, so I'm okay with that since it was Thanksgiving. Tonight we are finishing up week 4 day 3 of the couch to 5k. Last week I also did a test 5k it see what my starting time was. I POURED on our run and I came in at 41:52. We are running at 5k in Febuary and I've set a goal of 33 mins. It will be a challange but totally do-able.
As for eating I didn't do great. I overly stuffed myself on Thanksgiving and we went out for dinner 3 times last week, once was pizza and another chinese .
For this week my goal is to track my food intake everyday and write it in my new weight lose journal, jog 5 times, rent a yoga video to do in the mornings before class.
