As lame as a gift card sounds, I love getting Itunes gift cards.
Costume jewelery from F21 is always awesome or a going out clutch.
I added a couple things to my elfster... but I would love hot rollers, vanilla chai tea, or holiday/dessert scented candles
Or if that is too difficult I am always a fan of gift cards to anywhere that sells clothing.
Or wine.
