Does anyone use CVS for their pharmacy? I am about done with Walgreens (156th and Q). It took 4 hours for DH's prescription to get filled yesterday. Every time he gets meds filled it takes forever!
Re: Walgreens vs CVS
I'm a Target girl...the pharmacist at the 72nd and Dodge location rocks
If you go with CVS, remember to get their Extra Care Bucks card (free to sign up with). If I remember right, there's some bonus to scanning it when you fill an rx...but I could be wrong
Super Target.
I've never liked Walgreens. I had to get some triple nipple cream awhile back. The lady laughed at it. WTF!?!? Really, you are in a medical profession and you laugh at a brand new hormonal mom having nursing problems?
My friend is a pharmacist at Wal-Greens. Best advice I got from her - go to a non-24-hour Wal-Greens. Much better service b/c they aren't crazy busy. If you need something in the middle of the night, go to a 24-hour one and they will get it for you b/c their computers are all linked.
I love the Wal-Greens at 180th & Burke by Village Pointe. My friend that told me the trick doesn't work there, but I went to high school with the pharmacist that does work there and she is great. Her name is Kristi.
