AW and Need Party Room/Hall Ideas
I know this has been asked about a zillion times, but I am looking for a party room or hall (KofC, Church, etc). that I can rent out for a day (in February/March).
I am quickly approaching my one year anniversary for my stem cell transplant/remission and we are throwing a party!
Bonus points for non-restaurant as we want to bring in food (caterer). We live in Springfield and would like to stay in Northern Virginia. My normal go to place (KofC hall in Fairfax is closed for remodeling).
Thanks in advance!
Re: AW and Need Party Room/Hall Ideas
Congrats! How exciting, and I hope your health stays good!
There's a KofC hall in Manassas associated with All Saints' Catholic Church. That would be a little far for you, but it's the only one I know of in this area. Have you checked with your local VFW? My organization had a 20th anniversary party in June and used the VFW hall in Woodbridge.
No recs, but how exciting!

That is a great reason to throw a party!
I think City of Alexandria has some room rentals in Old Town and I thought I heard from a friend who had a party at the Lyceum that it was not too spendy.
Or, we went to a birthday party at a fire department in Falls Church and it was nice- not fancy- but it worked.
They also rent rooms in their surprisingly nice Athletics complex on King St next to TC Williams- I was pleasantly surprised attending an event there once.
Stand up for something you believe in.
have you poked through this?
