Recommend your allergy doc

Or point me to a previous thread where this has been discussed (since the search function blows).

It's for me, not the kiddos, but having a pediatric allergist (is that possible, or necessary) would be good since both my boys have seemed to have inherited my allergies.  But me first!

And if you're so inclined, please tell me what all you went through and if you found relief :)

    DH saw Dr. James Tracy and liked him ok. 

    We take Evan to Dr. Jaine Brownell at Midwest Allergy and Asthma.  I know she's not just peds so I would go to her if I needed someone.  She's great.  There are lots of other doctors in that office as well but we haven't seen anyone else.

    * DS1...allergic to dairy, peanuts, eggs and turkey *

    Yup, on the north side of the hospital along that frontage road.

    Dr. Jill Poole at UNMC.  I've seen several allergy dr.s and she blew them all out of the water in terms of comprehensive knowledge (no doctor ever told me about how hormones and cycle fluctuations affect allergies.  She did, and it all makes so much sense and I see it played out every cycle!) and care.  Bummer that she was the one to discover that I'm allergic to CHOCOLATE though.  ;)

    May I ask (maybe a pm) who else you saw so I can avoid them?
