Court system is seriously screwed up
So today was dbag's court date to talk to the judge about why he hasn't paid child support in 10 months. Judge asked him a few questions about work history, where he's living etc and then assigned a law firm to him. His new court date (with his representation) is at the end of February! WTF?!

Is this to hold him in contempt of court? I'm guessing the Judge wants to make sure he is represented by counsel since this could swing for him to go to jail. (just my guess)
Who is the judge?
I would assume exh would want to get his act together. Maybe a come to Jesus talk from an attorney explaining how serious this is might be beneficial?
