Help me find an outfit
So the company christmas party is coming up. It is a 50s theme (Holiday Hop). So trying to figure out what to wear
I have a cockatil dress that is poofy at the bottom, but shows more up top than they would then. So I could wear a cardigan with it...
It is actually similar shape to this, but green and drops down a little more (and looking at the picture this is the back..haha). Tonight I'll take a picture and see if it will work and see if it still fits!
May try to hit up some of the clothing consignment shops and see what they have.
But the question is - what should DH wear? I am thinking suit and fadora if we can find one.
ETA - how should I do my hair? I am getting my hair cut that day, so I could have my stylist do something fun with it!

Crap. You just made me realize that my party, which I have less than zero desire to go to, is this week. Blah.
I think that dress is cute.
I suit and fedora would be great for your husband, but don't forget the pocket square! Or for something more casual, he could pair a cardigan or even a sweater vest with dress pants, dress shirt, and a tie, like this:
And for your hair, what about a french twist hairstyle? I think it would be perfect with your dress & the theme, but it's also kind of modern and elegant.

Skinny tie for DH. You're dress sounds perfect. I second the french twist suggestion for your hair.
