Pediatrician in Westchester

Can someone recommend some to me? I plan on asking my primary care Dr too and OB when I see her next but just wanted some personal preferences too.

Re: Pediatrician in Westchester

  • We take C to see Dr. Winkler.  His office is located above the Starbucks (same building where Borders used to be) on White Plains Road in Scarsdale.  Telephone number is 914-725-5252.  Make an appointment to interview them.  We started off using Dr. Saltzberg and then moved to Winkler himself.  We liked them both and I like the other two doctors in the practice as well.  The staff is also very nice and if you ask they will give you formula samples.
  • We use Dr. Platt at Mount Kisco Medical Group.  Love her!

  • We use Dr Germanakos- part of Westchester Health in Mt Kisco.  He goes to Northern Westchester though.  Not sure what hospital you need?

We use this same practice but see Dr Richel (our original Pedi recently left the practice).  He's the head of pediatrics at Northern Westchester.  I like everyone who is in this practice so doesn't matter which one is your primary.

  • Thanks girls but since I'm in Mamaroneck and would like to stick to White Plains Hospital , those are all out of my way. I'd like to try to have the Dr pretty close by. I will ask my primary care Dr and my OB.
