Really stupid question
What is the paint version of mod-podge?
For Christmas, I am making a laptop desk for FIL and the top part that the computer will sit on I am painting and adding a stencil. What do I put over it so that it won't chip?
I don't paint a lot, so I really have no clue. Don't laugh at me :P
