ok, i'm glad he's caught because i'm a little freaked now that i've seen the mug shot. he looks very similar (skin tone, thin mustache) to the guy i followed around the target lot after i went to giant on monday afternoon.
i may call the police tip line and tell them to look at video surveillance from monday...
I thought the video surveillance they were showing on the news was from Target! Freaky.
It was! But that video wasn't helpful at all, I don't think. You couldn't see any of his face.
The guy I saw was walking outside of Target when I was loading groceries in my car in the Giant lot. Something just made me suspicious so I got in my car and followed him around the Target lot by Macy's. But then he crossed over to Giant and went in the store. I waited there for a few minutes to see if he came back out but H was super cranky so I had to abandon the plan and go home.
I just called the tip line and gave them the info about what the person I saw was wearing and telling them to check the mall/Giant surveillance.
