As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

West Omaha/Papillion Youth Taekowndo
My 5 year old is asking Santa for taekowndo lessons (which is hilarious to me because she is such a girly girl!.) Does anyone know of a good place to take lessons out west or in the Papillion area? Thanks!

Sorry to butt in, but I have a question too.....
Is 5 years old the right age to start them in taekwondo? I want to start my oldest, but was thinking of waiting a few years (he's 5 now). Just curious as to what others think.
