Down 6 lbs from 147-141. My goal weight is 130 so I'm 1/3 of the way there!
Re: Wednesday Accountability
I'm back down to my lowest weight so far, which is awesome since I didn't really track over the holiday. I want to get down another 5 lbs by the 19th if I can since that's when I'm in a wedding. We'll see.
Jodippls and I started c25k and I felt so good. I felt like I could've gone longer. The last time I "ran" I was 20 lbs heavier, when I lost that first 10 and my pace never changed, I got super disappointed since they say you get a minute faster for every 10 lbs you lose. This time I really did feel like I might be faster if I went all out. It was great.
I weighed this morning because I was nervous about my official weigh in tomorrow. I was pleasantly surprised that I'm down 7 pounds total! My start weight as of 11/10 was 227 (the heaviest I've ever been) and this morning the scale said 220! I'm about 4 pounds from my first goal, 5% of my weight.
Like L3 said, we started C25K this week and while I wasn't able to run the full amount of time everytime I think I did well. I'm excited for our run today.

I gained 2 pounds last week and with this past week being Thanksgiving, I was happy to just maintain that. I was pleasantly surprised to have lost the 2 pounds when I weighed in on Monday.
Now I'm just focusing on working out and toning as opposed to trying to lose. I wouldn't mind losing 5 more but I'm happy where I am.

I will blame this on the lighting in my room, but my thighs, butt and even the bottom half of my legs are covered in cellulite. Obviously I can't really do anything drastic about it now, other than start walking, maybe, but my goal after this baby is to get rid of that shiite.
Dr. appt tomorrow so I'll know then what my total weight gain is thus far. I'm thinking 12-15 pounds.
ETA: I'm up just a little more than 12 pounds so far
I was up more by this time when I was pregnant with DD (even though I weighed less to start). I definitely do not want to gain as much weight this time. I think I gained about 45 pounds with DD!

I have nothing to update. I've been holding at basically the same weight for the past month. I keep tinkering with things to try to get out of this stall. This is the lowest I've ever weighed other than when I was originally on the way up 10 years ago. So maybe my body is just kind of stuck here... I don't know. I do know that I've been kind of lax about eating certain things for a while now, so until I get that under control I can't whine too much.

FWIW, you look amazing in the recent pictures you posted on FB. I understand wanting to lose more because you know your body and how you feel comfortable, but you look really great.
I feel like every time I respond to these I am saying "No really, I'm going to start NOW." The stressful holiday is over for me.. I just bought spin shoes... I'm hoping that it sticks this time, because I am SUPREMELY unhappy with my size right now. I can't change the bad choices I've made, so I will try not to beat myself up over them... just start making better ones.
And on that note... anyone who wants the rest of sugar cookies.. if DH doesn't take them to work tomorrow, they are up for grabs.
Thank you! That's really sweet and encouraging! I would like to lose more to get down into the "normal" range on the BMI scale. (I'm about 12-13 pounds away.) Other than the whole looking better and being healthier thing, I'm really looking forward to reapplying for life insurance once I get there to try to lower my rate. strange, but true

The Points Plus system is working for me so far. I'm eating a lot of spinach, cucumbers and tomatoes with EVOO & red wine vinegar as side salads. It keeps me full and allows me a little wiggle room for other things.
Skinnytaste.com has been a lifesaver for dinner so thanks to whoever poster that.

Haha, that was probably me. I've been using skinnytaste.com for years.
I'm glad to hear it's working for you! It worked for me the first time about two years ago and I lost about 20 or 25 pounds and have kept it off since. It's just the next twenty that's been tough. I just can't stick to any one thing in order to get it off. Last time I tried WW they had just rolled out the points plus program. We'll see! I'd really, really, REALLY like to lose about eight pounds before a vacation MLK weekend which is about six weeks away so not unreasonable at all.
I started the 30 Day Shred this week. This morning was the first one that I actually completed the whole workout without an interuption from O and I am sore. The only way I am going to get a workout in is to get up at 5am
I am also going to sign up for WW after the holidays. I am hoping to get the last 15 lbs of pregnancy weight off and then another 20-30.
