heh, i'd never make it as an engineer
Earlier today I had to do some interviewing and I interviewed an engineer that works on connectors.
The candidate was talking about male and female connectors and making gestures with his hands. I'll let you imagine what those gestures are.
It took every bit of self control that I had not to start giggling.

The polite name for those is "coupler". which doesn't help any.

And occasionally, we'll be looking for a 'male to male' or 'female to female' connector of some sort or another, and I'll giggle a lot.
