What are you guys getting your DH's for Christmas or what are they asking for?
I feel like I'm getting a late start and his list is boring. It's clothes, a jacket, blah blah.
I just ordered some dictionary prints on Etsy (like Cassidy got) with superheros on them
I ordered him a propane gauge and beer opener this morning and I'd like to get him a heavy duty drill. I'll probably get some of the clothes he asked for and some sunglasses. he has a birthday right before Christmas so I usually need a lot of ideas!
Happiest place on Earth!

Re: Husband Christmas Ideas
I think my list is probably DH-specific, but maybe it'll spark some ideas.
- New digital watch to use for running
- Lawn service to mow in the summer and do leaves in the fall
- If I don't do that, then better tools (leaf blower, hedge trimmer, etc)
- Wireless printer for home
- External hard drive for doc/picture storage
I think that's most of my ideas for him.
My DH's wishlist this year includes:
-a turkey fryer (for brewing beer outside)
-a smoker
-Kindle Fire
-a new surround system for his man room
He's getting the Fire from me.
DH got a Nook (Black Friday sale, and he is using it already). No other ideas from me. We aren't exchanging this year bc of $ issues. In the past I've gotten him books, DVDs, etc. We don't do really big.
I've seen a "make your own beer" kit a few places that I would get if DH was into beer more. http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?SKU=18313197

I'm unclear as to what we're exchanging - probably nothing because we just buy little things for ourselves while Christmas shopping and say its our Christmas presents. We're not super-romantic like that. However, that plan may change - I wanted a Kindle Fire and asked my mom for it. After that he was like, "But that's what I was going to get you!" I was quite surprised.
In other words, we pick out our own gifts, which usually have to do with our hobbies.
DH said all he wants from me this year is the new iPhone. So that's what he is getting. I think we may end up going this weekend and getting it early since his current phone is crap and won't stay turned on. Since he won't have a present on Christmas I will probably pick up a few other things like some new dress shirts. Nothing exciting.
H has one thing on his wish list, and he's been asking for it from everyone who asks him what he wants.
I'm curious how many black back packs this guy will get.
Other than that one idea, I'm at a loss. I could always go the videogame route. I was going to do tools, but if he won't be around for a while, why bother this year. Although when he's going to have time to play it with two kids that don't sleep, I'm not sure.
Not quite the time yet since you would want to add pictures of the new baby, but before he leaves, make him a photo book of pictures of the kids to take with him or a digital keychain of pictures of kids?

shoes
end tables
ipad holder (like a stand, so he can have it standing up at work)
Carhardt pants for work
Michigan State fitted hat
deodorant, hair gel, socks, boxer briefs (these are things HE asked for... lordy)
He's sitting pretty good in the tool department these days
I did something like that for Father's Day this year. His birthday is before he leaves, so I'll probably do something along those lines for that.
No idea for DH. None that I am excited to get him.
He wants a preorder for a video game (mass effect 3)
Evie broke his watch, but the one he really wants is a Movado but I was hoping to do that as his 30th birthday present in July. I think his current watch is fixable.
Getting him some new PJs
and I am at a loss of what else. He is horrible to buy for!

This is the only year in forever that he hasn't asked for clothes. Instead, he asked for an xbox 360, so that's what I got him- under the conditions that if he gets it and I need his help, he will drop whatever he is doing and help.
I also got him a really really nice winter coat, but I think I'm saving that for his birthday (the week after Christmas).
Our crazy, wonderful life
DH told me he wanted a new sports coat for work, in grays. That's what I got him. I told him I wanted a red pea coat with no belt, and ruffles on the bottom. He asked how he was supposed to pick out a coat for me. Two days later I found the one I want and got it. It's hanging in the guest room next to his sports coat.
From everyone else he always asks for a gift card to our local fishing store.
If your DH works at a desk, maybe a digital frame? I'm not sure of the price but on black friday I picked one up for $29. for a secret santa gift.
The only things DH asked for were all work related, I mean who else would ask for the following:
$200 flashlight that "could save his life"
Jumbo bailout bag
Leather handcuff carry case
And gun case...
However, I added some other ideas including gift cards (Home Depot, Dunkin Donuts, Best Buy), early seasons of Sons of Anarchy (he just got into this!), and I also found a really cool homemade grill rub kit on etsy!
His list includes:
-Garmin triathlon watch
-Wort chiller (for brewing beer)
-Amazon gift cards
-Beer of the month club (I got him this last year)
-Indoor bike trainer
-Mini bike pump that attaches to his bike frame
Most of those things are out of our price range that we set for gifts to each other, so I'm thinking of just doing a bunch of little things for him - movie tickets, a couple months of that beer of the month club, t-shirts, and fun little random things.
