I am baking holiday cookie platters for our workplaces.
Here is what is definitely on the agenda:
-Gooey Butter Cookies
-Chocolate Gooey Butter Cookies
-Oreo Truffles
-Cake Batter Truffles
I want to do a holiday-ish cookie too, and the one other variety.
What do the Niners suggest?

Re: What Kind of Cookies?
sand tarts or sugar cookies in holiday shapes?
chocolate chip is always a fan favorite.
I found a recipe for white chocolate macadamia cherry cookies I"m going to try. It's Paula Deen.
I also plan on caramel crumb bars, and probably rocky road fudge.
decorated sugar cookies!
my sister did a cute chocolate cookie that had a fudgy frosting and crusted candy canes on top. Whoa addictive.
What about some peppermint bark?
thumb prints are also a must on our christmas cookie list, but if youre planning to cover the platter the jam can get sticky/messy.
ETA: they also have nuts. i dont know if you would maybe want to avoid nuts because of potential allergies.
I like Nooner's peppermint bark idea. Can be festive looking, and mixes it up a little bit.
What are cake batter truffles? Please and thank you!
Sugar cookies are always good
The peppermint sugar cookies I've been seeing on Pinterest would also make a good holidayish cookie
