i have a few steaksin my fridge. anyone have a good cheesesteak recipe?

This response is a little late.
I went to college in Philly and their trick is the most unhealthy of unhealthiest foods, cheese whiz, also lots of diced onions. The steaks need to be sliced into strips.
I've used velveeta at home because it melts well and I trick myself into thinking it's healthier than whiz. Then I put it on a light WW roll...haha.
