Clicky Poll: Is this too dorky?

I bought LO some Christmas pj's.  These:

I have found matching adult pj's.  Like these but in the red and white stripes:

I was thinking of starting a tradition where we get matching pj's each year on Christmas Eve.

I can't decide if the overall idea is too dorky or if these particular pj's are too dorky for an adult (mostly for DH).

Whaddya think?

  • LOVE!!

I always got a new pair of PJ's on Christmas Eve, I plan to continue that tradition with Zac + future children.

I think it adorkable that you and DH would get matching PJ's. :)

I don't remember who on the Cincy nest had family photos done, where they are all in the parents bed in PJ's reading books. Too cute!

  • Isn't that the point, to all match and be dorky?? I think it's a great idea! Some years you could go for more normal pajamas, and some years you could purposely get the worst ones you can find, just to make it more fun =)

  • I think it's a cute idea and I love the PJ's. I would never be able to get my DH to wear them though! I do have the striped PJ's for all of the kiddies though!

I am trying to picture my DH is these PJ's.

    It makes me giggle-snort.

The family would definitely go to bed happy/laughing that night.

  • My DH would only go for wearing those if I offered special sex in return.

And even then it would take some persuading.

Honestly, I think its a cute idea, but if I saw that picture on facebook or on a CHristmas card I would DIE laughing.  I mean, I'm a huge dork too, but I keep a lot of the dorkiness between me, H and Elliot.

  • I think it's a cute idea, but it might be hard to find matching PJ's for every year in the future.

I also couldn't picture my DH wearing matching PJ's at all.  I mean, he doesn't even wear normal PJ's!

  • Absolutely love that idea! I got Isabella and Jameson matching fleece feetie pajamas and would love Christmas pj's for DH and I. Where did you find them!?

  • We do Christmas Eve PJ's, but not matching. Way too hard to find matching ones (think about in the future!) and I'd rather buy something that we (myself & DH) would be able to continue to wear throughout the year.

Hannah Anderson.  Although, when I called to order they were out of most everything.  So they couldn't guarantee what I ordered.

The Company Store also has matching family pjs.  There are some on Amazon too, but not all of them come in baby sizes.

Stores that I haven't shopped at but also carry matching family pj's are Sleepyheads.com, Pajamagram.com and ThePajamaCompany.com.

  • I think it's cute for the kids. Not so much for adults. However, if your DH is goofy and likes doing things like that, then go for it. My DH would never, and I wouldn't really expect him to. It's a kid thing, to me. Also, I love the PJs :)
