Re: POLL: Drinking Water
Our crazy, wonderful life
Good for you!!
All I drink is water, with the exception of a cup of V8 fusion some days, or the occassional "splurge" with hot chocolate.... but even that is made with water. LOL!
I drink when I am thirsty. Even while pregnant, I don't force it down. Some days I drink a TON of water and other days, not much. I do notice that if you get in the habit of drinking a good amount every day, then your body starts to crave it and you find yourself more thirsty. At least thats how it is for me.
Speaking of water, I am nursing Carter and forgot how thirsty that makes you. I have been downing water here in the hospital like nobody's business!!!!

I agree, at first I felt like I was forcing myself to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day, but now my body LOVES water, and I feel like crap if I drink anything other than it. I can easily meet my daily limit now, but will admit there are days that I don't drink enough.
My boring blog
Lately I've been chugging down TONS of water, I think it's early pregnancy that makes me so thirsty.
I was sucking at getting enough water for awhile. Now I'm trying to get at least 80 oz. a day because I know it makes me feel so much better!

I definitely have been drinking more because I've been thirsty but not enough. The pre-natal class instructor said to drink a 2-liter of water per day.
This is definitely me. If I don't drink enough water - I can just tell in how I feel physically. I'll have a headache, be really hungry, feel run down, etc. All I drink is water and a cup of coffee each day. (and sometimes booze). But the main liquid of choice is water.
Some days I drink more than others. At work I am just too busy to sit and drink. I have a water bottle that I make sure I drink at least one fill (24oz). Its also hard because I can only go to the bathroom when someone can cover my room, so I try not to drink too much water during the day.
I should add that all I drink is water, milk, and sometimes some water mixed with a spritz of juice.
