Sorry, another rant, have a lot going on

We finally got back into our house today. FIL was here when I got here after work, DH was going to my parents to pick up the dog. The contractors were still cleaning up. After they were done they asked my FIL if he wanted to check things out before they left. So he and the guy are BSing over insulation and whatnot, and then FIL tells the contractor how "they will not be using the attic for storage" etc etc. Um... hello? THIS IS NOT YOUR HOUSE!!!! While I appreciate FIL paying for this job (that I never wanted to begin with) who is HE to decide that?!?! I really freakin hate that, and I have a feeling in the not too distant future he and I are going to have to have words about how he thinks this is his house.

So that aside, the idea of this test on my nerves and sanity was to get the vermiculite out of the house, which is weird, cause now the *** is ALL OVER THE HOUSE!! There are little silver specks all over the place, on the landing, in the hallway, down the stairs. We're going to have to repaint our hallway because there are dirty gray streaks all over the place.

AND THEY USED MY DECORATIVE TOWELS!!!!! This is a sin that can not be forgiven. They obviously washed their hands and then used my decoritive towels to dry them, because there is dirt all over then. There is a regular hand-drying towel closer to the sink than that. I am seriously peeved right now and my nerves are kinda shot and I wish this all just hadn't happened.
