It's nearly the weekend!! Yay!!!

My plans for the weekend don't involve Christmas trees or decorating! That will be for the following weekend.
This weekend, I'm meeting a friend tomorrow morning for a catchup. It was supposed to be 2 friends and all our babies (all born within a month of each other) but 1 friend pulled out and the other one will be babyless. But I'll still bring N with me.
Also, minding my niece overnight from lunchtime tomorrow. She's 9 so will have to come up with things to do with her. Though we will bring her along to N's swimming lesson with us and I think she'll enjoy that even though she won't be in with N!
Sunday will just be chilling and we might call over to my parents to say hi. We've a busy week next week so will need to build up energy in advance!

I'm going to meet a friend for coffee in a bit. Our town's Christmas Market opens today, after school if it's not raining well go.
No Christmas decorating this weekend, maybe next week.
Sunday night I'm going to an Internations event with my SIL. It's my first one, I hope it will be fun and I hope my SIL will meet a cute guy!
Yay! I love Friday! It really is the BEST day of the week.

Tonight, I have a work Xmas dinner in Brussels and DH comes home from France late. I am so excited to see him! I get my haircut today and I am going to CHOP it all off! I cannot wait. It will be so much easier to manage.
Saturday, we're on a day trip to the Dicken's Christmas Festival in Rochester, England! It should be a good time. I hear they make fake snow if its not snowing in town that day, and people dress up like Dicken's characters and sing Christmas carols - also there is a Christmas market. I think it will put me in the christmas spirit.
Sunday, I plan to put up our little Christmas tree, catch up on some photo editing, and Skype with my sister who just got back from her honeymoon!!!
We're headed to the Maldives on Christmas Eve!
We're heading back to across the pond tomorrow! I'm heading to Ottawa for the weekend before going on to meet upwith DH in NYC. It's been a year and a half since I've been back, and I'm really looking forward to catching up with friends and family. And shop! Yay! I also think my friend in Ottawa has tickets for us to see Prince tomorrow night, so that should be a blast too.

Morning! I'm a little sleep deprived today, but managing to power through.
Today I'm meeting up with a girl I met at a La Leche League Meeting and I'm so excited. She may be my first Spanish friend that I make without the help of DH. Well, maybe not the first, but one of the only ones. Tonight we've got a Christmas dinner with DH's college friends so hopefully that'll be fun.
QOTD: This weekend will hopefully involve resting and getting some housework done. Also some grocery shopping. I'm really looking forward to Sunday because DH has offered to watch Aurelia while I go out for a few hours to do whatever I want. I haven't decided yet if I'll go see a movie with a friend or just try to do something all by myself. It might be nice to just be completely on my own.

Today I didnt have to work so I slept in late. Now I have to do some cleaning and then I am going to bake some cookies this afternoon.
QOTD: The Christmas tree is already up. Hopefully, I am going on a date with my DH this weekend. We have been so busy and it feels that I havent seen him in ages.
Good morning. I don't work anymore so I sleep in like it's my job.
I move back to Canada 2 weeks from Monday, and the thought is soul crushing.
QOTD: I'm making bf dinner tonight and we'll just chill at his place. Tomorrow we go out for amazing Chinese food then we'll go the German Christmas market in town for some mulled wine and dessert.
Morning! I'm so glad it's Friday. H and I had a terrible night's sleep last night. He has an awful cough and it kept us both up all night. Blah. Then tonight he has to pack for a work trip tomorrow. He leaves at 5am and will be gone until Thursday.I'm going to take the time he's away to organise the house and get ready to set up the nursery, which we'll hopefully do next weekend.
But tomorrow I'm going to my second baby shower. Some friends organised a little baby brunch for me in the city. Can't wait for pancakes and girl talk!

It's already the weekend here but I work a 6-hour day on Friday. So already finished work, done some last minute shopping (but scored some packages of Pampers Swaddlers for only $3 each!), and now have some time to chill with my boys.
Tomorrow we have a dr appt for the baby. My co-worker just had her baby yesterday so I'll stop in briefly to say congratulations to her. We're discussing doing something as a family, just not sure what. Also have to decorate the tree, wrap presents to relatives, finish packing my hospital bag, and figure out a menu for the next few days.
Sunday I'm going to hang out with a girlfriend for a bit for breakfast and pedicures. The wrapped presents need to be mailed so I'll get to stand in line at the post office - fun. I'm hoping to get some time to bake and cook up something yummy for dinner. Nice to have a day where I can spend time on that instead of whipping something up in 30-45 minutes.
Hello, DS is napping and I am enjoying the quiet time.
QOTD: Would like to put up the tree, will have to see how DH will help me move things around a bit. But I am going out with a girlfriend to a really cool place for lunch, a pot of tea and a dessert. Really looking forward to be out on my own and having a good time.
No decorating for me : (
I'm working all weekend, but do plan on having fried chicken for dinner : )
