Foam hair color

Has anyone used Clairol foam hair color? I really need to color my hair but just can't justify spending the $100 it will cost and I don't want to use my christmas money because I have my eye on some crafting and baking stuff.

I watched a youtube video of it and it looks like it is easy and not as messy as the regular stuff. I never colored my hair before and I am afraid to do the regular kind (liquid) since it will just be me doing it.

Re: Foam hair color

  • I use the Loreal Sublime mousee (foam) haircolor...I love it!

I have to color my hair about every 4 weeks, and this is the easiest and fastest haircolor ever. The only downside is since it is foam, you can actually feel the bubbles popping on your head while your are waiting for the color to develop, but other than that, I love this stuff. I've also used the John Frieda foam (you can get a coupon for a free box of dye on their website). it's just as good, but a little more expensive.

  • I havent used foam, but I dyed my own hair for years. I think Brandi uses a foam color too.

  • I used John Frieda foam twice in a month to fix a really botched highlight job.  It was so easy and I loved the color.  No drips. Easy instructions. Smell wasn't that bad.  LOVED the rich color! I'd recommend it!  12 bucks at walmart  =)
