jewlery makers - best place to buy beads?
Hi all.
I mostly lurk, but I've posted a few pictures of things I've sewn. Looking forward to posting more pictures soon. I don't do jewlery or beads.
My MIL is asking for a bead reamer for Christmas, and I thought we'd get it for it. I'd like to spend a little more money, so I thought we could get her a gift card to buy beads - I know they get expensive fast. Where do you think has the best bead selection. She also sews a lot, so if it is somewhere like JoAnn's, she could use the gift card for other things too.
Thanks!
Re: jewlery makers - best place to buy beads?
Does she buy online? I like artbeads.com. If she shops in person, the local shops are usually a better bet than Joann or other big box stores, but you get beads VASTLY cheaper online IMO.
Beads are definitely much, much cheaper online.
