Beagle Freedom Project. A friend sent me this video. These 9 beagles are seeing sunlight and feeling grass for the first time. So moving!

When we did the crying at work post, I didn't count crying as a result of emails. I do that a lot. Embarrassed

I'm not even going to look... I can't read about animal stories. It chokes me up too much. Yet I can read about mass murders, no problem.... I suck as a human being.

Mary sent me this earlier in the week. I don't think I let April out of my arms for the rest of the night.

I didn't know beagles were used for animal testing. The thought of it makes me tear up just sitting here.

how cool! What a neat rescue group. Poor little babies were scared to leave their cages. To think they didn't even know how to be a real dog. Thanks for sharing DD.

We can suck together because I am the same way. I can watch movies about ppl being killed and be fine, turn on marley and me and I'm crying like a baby. Sometimes I think I like animals more than humans.

... unless it involves children. I think being a mother weakens you to that even moreso. Its like, I remember watching movies and stuff regarding missing children, and it never affected me like it does now.

yes your right, and really old ppl I have a soft spot for. What I think it is is that children, animals and the elderly are helpless so I get emotional when stuff happens to them.

That is just beautiful. And I did bawl my eyes out. Poor little babies. And Malcolm was born on our wedding day....if Danny would let me, I'd adopt him in a heartbeat.

Ditto!! CB and I watched it earlier this week and we were both teary, and snugged the crap out of our little Juney. Watching them come out of those crates was one of the sweetest things I've ever seen. Beagle love!!!

Confession - I may or may not have spent, oh I'd say 2 hours, googling around to see if anyone of them still need homes....
