What do YOU want for Xmas?
I'm really having a block on what I want for xmas and maybe hearing some of the things you ladies want will help me figure out what I want!
Re: What do YOU want for Xmas?
i asked for spa giftcards from MIL and FIL...mostly bc they never know what to get me and also bc it's a way for me to de-stress, which is really important right now. i'd never spend the money on it myself, so it's a good gift for me.
other then that, i'm no help. my dad is getting me a nightstand for our guest room. wahoo. everything i want right now is just furniture and/or items for our home. not really for ME per se, but whatevs.
I'm no help either - I really don't want anything. Maybe new pajamas....I feel bad for my H.
Our ILs just got us a new knife set. Technically it's for both of us even though H cooks the most, but it's nice to have knives that work well. We usually just get the random Target sets and they suck.
i got specific because that's what h's mom and my mom requested.
here is what i sent them:

(it says sold, hmmm... maybe it was purchase for MOI!)

and this

i also gave them some gift card ideas that would be good. can't remember if i've giving any ideas to h.
Here's my list:
Cookbook holder Pastry Mat with measurements (like this one) 65cm Yoga Ball, like this one Memoryfoam or other anti-fatigue kitchen/chef's mat in dark brown (Bed bath and beyond has several) OXO Good Grips Cookie Scoop in Large Covered Cake Pan Games: Apples to Apples, CatchPhrase (electronic) These slippers in 9/10, preferably pink (they should have in store at Old Navy)And this is on our list for the family (Yes, our family buys a lot of gifts and likes us to be specific):
Swim Lessons at the Blue Ash YMCA $75 Gymboree classes 2nd Carseat (We have the Britax Marathon, and would prefer another of the same) Temporal thermometer Disney/kids movies - Tangled, Pinocchio, BambiWelcome to the world Finley Michael - born 2/13/2010
Baby Sister is coming soon!
your list is like what mine would be jessica
FYI...i have a pastry mat like that and it's annoying bc it rolls up on the sides and i have to stick heavy stuff on it so that it lays flat. i REALLY want the Silpay pastry mat bc the material makes it actually lay flat on it's own...but it's significantly pricier.
Well you guys have pretty much seen it on pinterest but...
These CZ earrings link
This scarf link
Some nail polish from Sephora called "Chest-nuts about you" its gorgeous.
Some make-up (stocking stuffer for what I'm running out of.)
A bulldog charm for my charm bracelet
New PJ's
I've bought my Xmas presents so far.
Pj's from llbean, new camera, fleece from north face, coach bag, some work clothes.
Madame I pinned those earrings after you did and I just noticed my mom added then to her Christmas shopping board!
I asked for a Kureig, a curling wands, a programmable crock pot, an immersion blender, black tall uggs, and DSLR camera or an Elliptical/Treadmill.
Le Creuset 9 qt round dutch oven. OMG I CANNOT FREAKING WAIT TO OPEN IT! We picked it up ages ago but I really wanted to open it on Christmas. It is cobalt blue for those interested.
Keurig and assorted k cups
crock pot 6 qt cook and carry with the snapping lock lid
Ohio state gnome for the yard (shut up, they are awesome and so am I)
barnes and nobles gift card to load my nook
Philosophy gift set and a new Lorac set (Mommy just picks these things out and buys them so Daddy doesn't get confused
)
my new hedwig necklace.. it was a pin going around forever. I already got it and opened it. to me from me.
a soft kitty t shirt (big bang theory)
My one aunt always does restaurant gift cards so I asked for pfchangs.
I am about to get one too.. Baby isn't having any issues but we are about to start hardcore potty training Audrey.
It has to be better than parchment paper though, right?
Where would I find the Silpay? I don't see anything when I search bing.

Baby Sister is coming soon!
ok wow y'all really know what you want haha
I had H do the E.L.F. make up for my stocking haha I gave him links to things but made him choose the colors of eye shadows and lipsticks...he's like what's the difference between creams and matte eye shadows? hah
I was going to ask for some cognac riding boots but I need a haircut...he says that I should be able to get a haircut anytime (yah while I'm working but my goal is to start saving all of my money and living off of his so when Allison comes I can prove we're good with just his haha)
I am asking for a gift cert for a pedicure
and a cover case for my touchpad
and then I may tell him to pick out a few cheapy cute scarves from Target and cheapy sunglasses.
Gosh I'm such a loser and always go for cheap for myself but have no problem dropping money on him or Ava.
I have a smaller version of this in cobalt blue. Such a pretty color!
For me, I have lots of random things:
-new camera body: hoping DH decides to get me this.
-Harry Potter movies on dvd, since they're ~~disappeaering~~
-random cookbooks - mostly food photography, doughnuts, macarons, and some celebrity chef books
-Finishing the Hat and Look I Made A Hat by Stephen Sondheim
-a retro Mountain Dew t-shirt
-some prep bowls from Le Creuset
hysterical. where do you even begin to explain to a guy about make up when it has taken us a life time to learn?
Ya know, I live a few miles from a certified le creuset factory store. I love that place. It is like my heaven.
