Please rec a good lunch spot close to 13th St. shopping.
For a "girly" lunch, pre-shopping, preferably that has a liquor license.
I am drawing a blank here.
Not El Vez.

Yeah that's right my name's Yauch!

The first thing that comes to mind is Mixto, Barbuzzo, and Sampan. I'm assuming this is on the weekend? If it's during the week you should check out the lunch at XIX at the top of the Bellevue. Off the hook for just $20. It's a 3 course and includes their homemade ginger peach ice tea. 1st course is a selection of various salads and charcuterie, 2nd course is an entree or flatbread pizza, and 3rd course is dessert. And dessert is UNREAL. Just $20 - total steal. I'm pretty sure they just offer it during the week though because they do brunch on the weekends. Brunch could be good there too.
You could try Zavino --- on the corner of 13th and Sansom (perfect if you're going to the shops in that area)
I went there the weekend they opened --- great wine and the pizzas were very good (not as good as Stella pizza but enough to make me go back). Service was a bit slow, but it was probably because they had just opened.
We wound up going to The Dandelion even though it was a bit out of the way from our destination.
Their fish and chips are every bit as delicious as I'd read/heard. YUM.
I always forget about Zavino so that is a good spot for next time.
