TTC in 2012?
Just wondering who is going to/going to continue.
DH and I are going to start trying mid-May.

We have been trying since the wedding (15 months to date) and have now officially crossed over into the T-TTC category. We will be continuing with the 'natural method' but have started with specialists, testing (LOTS of freakin' testing) and other annoying things, such has having to travel to Toronto/London for other specialists...it's going to be expensive, and continue to be an emotional rollercoaster.

DH and I will NOT be in this category yet! We both agreed when we got married that we would wait at least 2 yrs, plus we had a list of things we wanted to get done. Well the list is done, but we both definitely aren't ready yet so I don't think 2012 will be our year.
It's crazy because there were times when I was around babies where I would feel that motherly instinct and stuff, but lately when I've been around babies it hasn't been there. We'll see what happens when my new niece is born in February, maybe I'll change my mind!
Nope, not us either. I've been wanting a baby pretty bad these last few months but we still have things we want to do before we have kids, like finishing up school. So we're waiting. I think when the time is right we will know.

Yeah, DH and I will not be in this category for at least 3-4 more years. We got married young, 22 and 23, so we have plenty of time. Before we start trying, I will either: a) have to get a job closer to home or b) move closer to my work. An hour long commute with kids just wouldn't work out well.
Yep, we will be trying around May-July timeframe. I don't want a early winter baby, so if everything goes well, we will get preggo during these early attempts. In July I will be 32, and we want to have two kids so we better get started this coming year
It's going to be awesome to have a few of us TTC at the same time

Hubs and I just started trying in September, but we need to plan carefully (as much as possible) so we do not have a due date next October - my brother is getting married, I'm a bridesmaid, and his fianc?e would be ?ber pissed if we stole her thunder (which I think is pretty understandable). We'll still be trying for another couple months, then we'll avoid, then back to baby dancing

We will be! We will also start trying in May (memorial day wkend actually!) I've already gone off BC, to start to regulate my cycle in preparation. We are being careful and T NOT TC until May. I am in 3 weddings in the next 6 months and there is no way I am throwing away all the $ I spent on dresses by not being able to fit in them.
We just bought a house, and are painting all the rooms, and last night we actually painted the room that will be the "nursery". --I am so excited and can't wait!

I am only laughing because I felt the EXACT same way back when I was your age!! In fact, even at 27/28 I couldn't even fathom having fitting kids into my life! I was busy performing and having too much fun! But now I am 35, and things are different - not that I am no longer having fun, but it's a totally different kind of fun...so enter babies!
