Humphries refuses to sign divorce papers with Kardashian

Listening to the news this morning I heard that Humphries is refusing to sign the divorce papers. He wants an annulment, and said that if he doesn't get one, he will never sign the divorce papers and is content to be legally separated for the rest of their lives.

While I can appreciate him trying to stand by his principles, she CAN get a contested divorce, it will just take longer.

Good for him. Realistically, I'd hate to drag it out but I also think he does have a good argument for fraud! Surprise

I agree.

I also know that he says he doesn't want to have a divorce lingering over his head and with an annulment it says you were not legally married.

I also heard that if he gets an annulment it will void the prenup and one of the clauses was a no discussion order. If the marriage is annulled he can sell his side of the story.

I hope he gets an annulment. I think he should sue her for fraud.
