What are passport "amendment pages"?

If I go to India, their visa cannot be on "amendment pages".

I have had pages added to my passport, and there's a note stating that the following pages were added on DATE.  These added pages are the only available pages I have left.

Is that going to fly?

Re: What are passport "amendment pages"?

  • My passport has pages that say visas at the top and at the end a few that say endorsements at the top. Those pages are only for endorsements (whatever those are) and they're not supposed to put visas there. I'm pretty sure amendment pages are like endorsement pages.
  • It shouldn't be a problem - I just checked mine and they put my India visa on a page that was added. I think you are good to go :)

  • Ok, this + actually looking at my passport makes more sense.  It's surprising how little info Google has on the topic.

    Thanks!
