Camera rental location?
I'm looking for a local store to maybe rent a camera lens or two to try out. I'm near Annapolis but would travel to the Baltimore area if someone knows of a good place.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was looking at them online but couldn't find an answer to whether or not FedEx/UPS requires a signature upon delivery. I'm not home during the day and wouldn't want failed attempts to eat up my rental period. Do you remember if you had to sign for it?

Unfortunately, no. I work at USNA and it would probably get lost here. We have no family in this state (besides they all work during the day), and we're new to the area and don't know any of our neighbors. Oh well, I'll figure out something eventually!

The good thing about borrow lenses is you can have them deliver it on a certain date. So if you know a particular day you'll be off (or you could have someone be available to sign it for you) that's another option. Also, the rental period doesn't begin until the item is signed for
I do know of a local place but I can't, for my life of me, remember the name. If I do, I'll post back.
Hmm, their FAQs say it begins with the first delivery attempt. If that's not the case, then it wouldn't be so bad to try and sign for it after it's returned to the FedEx facility.
